Outreach menMens Ministry

The Men's Ministry is designed to enhance a more powerful and dynamic spiritual relationship with God no matter what your age or stage in life.  We believe that Christian men should unite together for the cause of Christ. The purpose of this ministry is to help reveal what God’s word says about issues that directly and specifically affect men. Such as loving our spouses, raising our children, and becoming men of integrity. The church needs real men today, men who are willing to follow the Lord no matter what the cost.

Our meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month at 7pm and are always followed by tea, coffee and light refreshments.

Outreach ladiesLadies Meeting

Our ladies meet on the last Tuesday of the month for Bible studies, fellowship, encouragement, and prayer support. The lessons are been planned specifically with the needs of women in mind and are always uplifting and challenging.

The main objective of our Ladies meeting is that women come to know Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour, mature in their walk with the Lord, and desire to use their God given gifts and talents in service to Him and others.

The meeting is always followed by tea, coffee and light refreshments.

Outreach ladies craftLadies Craft Morning

COnce a month the “crafty ladies” of the church meet on Thursdays at 10: 00am. The craft differs each month and no previous experience or crafting skills are required. Over the past few years our crafts have covered card making, beading, porcelain painting, quilling, bag making, jewellery making and much more.

The craft is usually complete in around two hours  and we stop for tea & coffee midway. The ladies are very welcoming and it is a great chance to get to know each other in a comfortable, informal setting.

Please see Calendar for latest information.

Outreach young adultsYoung Adults & Senior Saints

The Young Adults & Senior Saints are two separate groups that meet frequently to fellowship and socialise.  Most gatherings involve eating and so prove very popular.

As a church we are blessed with a diverse age range and so have established both these groups  to best suit the needs of all.The fellowships are a great way to get to know one another and are also an ideal setting to invite friends and family who do not normally come along to church.

As well as eating the both groups also arrange quite a few outdoor activities throughout the year. In 2009 they had cycling days, organised long distance treks, paintballing, go carting and climbed the 3 peaks .
Please see calendar for dates of forthcoming activities.

Outreach missionsMissions

The purpose of Missions is to fulfil the Great Commission given by Christ in Matthew 28:19-20 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

As a Church we feel that this is accomplished my proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ through our active involvement in financially and prayerfully supporting missionaries worldwide and evangelising our local community.
